Our Factory

We have our own Factory located in Madrid, Spain.

Our manufacture is totally newness since use neither the tools, nor the machinery, nor the materials used by all brands in our competition, obtaining with it a “know-how” unique in addition to the final result of our product. We receive raw material and in our facilities, we die-cut it, mold it, decorate and complete the racket, ready to be sold. We manufacture our own molds, once they are designed, thanks to numeric control robots.

In these same facilities we hold our own R & B + i department, where we are continuously creating brand-new prototypes to keep offering surprising products to our customers, innovating in new materials with different mechanical traits, inner elements of the racket to improve the playability and methods of decoration to offer different products from competition.

Thanks to our facilities we can offer customized rackets in a short period of time and offering a huge range of options regarding molds, materials and feelings.

Even knowing the huge offer of paddle racket brands that we have and find in markets today, the company (100% Spanish) Padel Series, Ltd. has a main objective and this is to solve the problems that current paddle rackets have, due to the limitation of the traditional manufacturing process, for that reason we have created a R&S+ i department and we have prioritized the creation of totally revolutionary prototypes researched, developed and innovated (in our exclusive factory located in the community of Madrid), which, we will be launching throughout the years as soon as they are optimal to be used.

Almost two decades ago, just a few real innovations have risen up in the production of paddle rackets. Little details make a difference between the different brands of paddle rackets, that we can find nowadays, little variety of materials compare to huge amount of brands, so many models are quite similar , but the truth is that inside these little details we can find different feelings and traits of the rackets.

In Padel Series, we look for distinction in the market , trying to solve common problems in almost every brand, like the durability of the rackets, even using them properly , but because of wear and tear, rackets don´t last as much as certain players demand. We have developed new materials for more than 15 months, new production process , adapting innovative machinery in this field to solve the consumers´s problems.

Our products, rackets, textile, etc, are entirely made in Spain. Our entire staff , providers, raw material and facilities are domestic, trying to do our bit to help our country´s recovery, without discrediting , with this decision, the competent staff and foreign product.
